By joining the waitlist, entering an invite code, creating an account, or logging in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Access
housematch is currently available by invitation or waitlist. We may grant or revoke access at any time. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. What we provide
housematch provides technology tools and data to help Australians make informed decisions. The specific features and data available may change as we develop the platform.

7. AI and machine learning
housematch uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide personalised search results, match scoring, and the Scout assistant. By using our services, you agree that we may use aggregated and anonymised usage data, search patterns, and interaction data to train, improve, and develop our AI models. This helps us deliver more accurate property data, better recommendations, and improved search results for all users. We do not use your personal information (name, email, identity) in AI training. Only anonymised, aggregated patterns are used.
