Email support@housematch.com.au and we will get back to you, usually within two business days. It helps to tell us the device you are using and what you were trying to do.

Account and sign-in

housematch signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email. If a code does not arrive, check your spam folder and that you entered the right address, then request a new one. If you are still stuck, email us.

Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: open the profile tab, tap Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, saved properties, and preferences from our servers, along with your sign-in identity. It cannot be undone. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will action it for you.

Your privacy and data

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you can access, correct, or delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for the detail, or email us to make a request.

Data accuracy

We source data from public records and licensed providers and do our best to keep it current, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. If something looks wrong, let us know and we will look into it. Always verify important information independently.
